Henriëtte J. Bronsgeest (1961) studied law at the University of Leiden. Upon graduation (1986) she entered into employment with Ekelmans Den Hollander. She became a partner of this firm on 1 January 1994 and was responsible for setting up, and expanding of, the employment unit during the nineties. After the merger with Lovells in May 2001 she became a partner in the International Partnership. Henriëtte Bronsgeest is a member of both the "Amsterdamse arbeidsrechtelijke specialisatievereniging" (Amsterdam Employment Law Specialists Association) as well as a member of the EELA and a member of the Corporate Litigation Association. She has also been appointed as substitute judge at the The Hague District Court. Since 2009 Henriëtte Bronsgeest is NMI certified Mediator.
