On 14 April 2016, European Parliament accepted the General Decree on Data Protection (AVG). As of 25 May 2018, the AVG will replace the present directive regarding data protection on which the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act has been based. From that date onward, the AVG will constitute the framework for companies throughout Europe within which data processing may and can take place. The AVG is related to each context in which personal data are processed. It is important for your company to prepare in time for the changes that the AVG will bring. The AVG will after all bring some major consequences. Our website will bring you further information shortly.
